How it works:
Referrer Benefits:
Receive a £50 reward for each Referred Friend
In order to qualify, the Referred Friend must be a new client, aged 18 years old or older and spend £100 or more on a treatment, course of treatment or skincare products in a single transaction
Rewards are cumulative. If multiple qualifying referrals are made, multiple rewards will be issued
The Referrer will be notified when the reward has been earned
Referred Friends Benefits:
Receive £50 towards the cost of your first treatment or skincare products
The Referred Friend must be a new client and aged 18 years old or older
The Referred Friend reward can only be redeemed by the Referred Friend and are non-transferable.
The Referred Friend reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer in a single transaction
Terms and Conditions
Terms apply to individuals who are accessing or using the referral program both as a referrer and a friend referred
By participating in the referral program, clients agree to use the referral program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as a Referrer or participate in any manner.
Clients may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions at any time and without warning. You may terminate your agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any amendments but by continuing to use our website or the referral program you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
To participate, Referrers may use provided cards to inform friends or may refer friends through word of mouth.
The Referrer must be a registered client of the business and have undergone a treatment or purchased skincare products
For a client to qualify for the £50 reward, the Referred Friend must:
- Not be a current client, or have ever been a client, of Six Aesthetics under their given name or any alias
- Provide the name of the Referrer at the time they book their appointment or purchase products
- Permit their name to be shared with the Referred via any contact method including but not limited to text messages, telephone calls, e-mail and on social media
By participating in the referral program, all parties are agreeing to our Privacy Policy.
The Referrer is only entitled to one reward for each Referred Friend, and only on their first treatment or purchase
Subsequent treatments or purchases made by the Referred Friend will not entitle the Referrer to any additional benefits or rewards
Rewards and benefits may change from time to time without notice. Up to date information will be displayed on the website. Different clients may be in receipt of different benefits
The £50 reward can be used towards treatment, a course of treatment or purchases provided the value exceeds £100 in a single transaction
All rewards and benefits from the referral program are subject to these Terms and Conditions
The Referred Friend will only be entitled to receive one Referred Friend benefit to be used towards their first treatment, a course of treatment or purchases provided the value exceeds £100 in a single transaction. Once they are a client, they are eligible to be a Referrer and refer others to receive Referrer benefits
If the Referred Friend’s treatment or purchase is cancelled, then the corresponding Referral benefit will also be cancelled. If the Referrer generates three or more Referred Friends who’s treatments or orders result in a refund, then the Referred is no longer eligible to participate in the referral program
An upper limit on the number of Referral rewards received by a single individual may be applied in due course. We reserve the right to implement this clause without warning. Any further Referred Friends above this limit will not qualify for Referrer rewards or benefits.
Referred Friends are subject to verification and issuing the Referrer benefit may be delayed until the investigation is completed to our satisfaction. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believe will impose potential liability on Six Aesthetics, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. Any decision made in respect of whether or not a Referred Friend has been successfully verified and a whether a client is entitled to a reward or benefit shall be final and binding.
Rewards and benefits are not transferable and may not be sold, traded, bartered or auctioned. Upon termination of the referral program or any portion thereof for any reason, or upon cancellation of a clients account for any reason, any unredeemed benefits or rewards accumulated by the client are lost.
We may terminate this agreement and cease to do any further business with you if:
- We feel you or anyone you refer is misusing this referral program
- We suspect you are in breach of this agreement or our Terms and Conditions
- We suspect you are about to commit a breach to this agreement or our Terms and Conditions
Upon termination you will no longer be able to use our services, make purchases through us or redeem any rewards or benefits. If when we terminate, you are still in possession of any rewards or benefits which you have yet to redeem, these rewards and benefits will be lost and forfeit
We will not be liable to you for any business, financial or economic loss or for any consequential or indirect loss, including but not limited to reputation, lost profit, loss of anticipated savings or lost opportunity arising as a result of any services or product from this agreement or associated with us in anyway.
